About the desk
A plan before the open. Every session. In writing.
ZeroDayTrades is a trading desk that publishes its work. Every trading day we post an ES futures plan before the open: the levels that matter, the bias, the setup worth taking, and what to leave alone. It stays up afterwards, unedited, whether the day went our way or not.

What we publish, and what we only watch
The daily plan is ES, the E-mini S&P 500. It is the instrument we trade every session and the one we hold the deepest data for, so it is the one we publish every day. We also watch NQ, GC, SPY and SPX, and they appear in the research and in the room when they matter — with thinner data behind them, and less often. That may widen as the data does.
How a plan is built
Six questions, in the same order, every morning.
The plan is not a prediction. It is a list of the places where the market has to make a decision, and what we will do at each one. Every setup in the plan has passed these six questions, and a setup that fails one does not get published.

Our standards
What we will and won't say.
Trading education has a credibility problem, and most of it is self-inflicted. These are the rules this desk holds itself to. They cost us some marketing, and they are the reason the work is worth reading.
No win rates, no profit claims.
You will not find a percentage on this site that we cannot show you the working for. Most published trading numbers are chosen after the fact; ours would be too, so we don't publish them.
Every plan stays up, exactly as written.
Plans are never edited or deleted after the close. The archive holds every one of them, including the days the market ignored us.
We test before we teach.
Ideas are measured against real tick data before they earn a place in the method, and the results get published even when they say the idea doesn't work.
Education, not signals.
The plan is a map of where decisions happen, not an instruction to buy or sell. Nothing here is financial advice, and futures trading carries a substantial risk of loss.
The room
It isn't one person talking at you.
The plan goes out to a Discord of traders who trade the same levels, post their own reads, and say when the plan was wrong. Mornings are for the plan, sessions are for what actually happened, and nobody is selling signals.
House rules are simple: no hype, no calls without a level and an invalidation, no pretending a loss didn't happen.
Who's behind it
ZeroDayTrades is a group of retail traders working futures and options across a range of instruments. We came together after getting tired of watching good setups ruined by bad process. The plan is published because writing it down before the open is the discipline that keeps the process honest — and because a plan nobody can check afterwards isn't worth much.
